eBrief – Case Management for Barristers

The TA Law e-Brief is a free document sharing tool for barristers, specially developed for legal case management. It will ease the burden on the chamber’s barrister to focus on the case rather than document management.

Access granted to authorised barristers, their clerks, instructing solicitors or clients.

eBrief provides a single place for all your documents, accessible to you or any member of your team. No longer do you need to drag home suitcases full of folders each night. Simply take your working documents, knowing eBrief provides access to anything else you may need online. Share and compare documents and exhibits with solicitors, clients and expert witnesses knowing that you are all looking at the same information.

eBrief is easy to setup and use. With its powerful search functionality, finding and viewing the documents you need, when you need them, is simple.

Security is paramount. eBrief holds its data securely on highly credible and dependable servers within Australia. eBrief supersedes Dropbox for sensitive information – with servers hosted in the US, you are outside Australia’s data jurisdiction for protection.

Uploading and accessing documents is fast and easy. Integrated with our TA Law Diary, your clerk can invite solicitors to upload documents directly into eBrief on your behalf. Court reporting companies are also able to load transcripts directly into eBrief.

Next step

If your are currently using our Diary, connect to eBrief via your dashboard. Your clerk can also turn the eBrief option on for all future matters so instructions for uploading documents into eBrief are sent out automatically to your instructing solicitor.

Not using our diary, no problems, eBrief is available free of charge for Australian lawyers and their clients. Click here to create a new account.
